Common questions

COD still shows for an order my rule should block. Check that the rule is On, that “Apply COD rules at checkout” is on in Settings, and that your COD payment method's name matches one of the names in Settings. Pincode rules only apply once the buyer has entered a 6-digit pincode.

Does it work for guest checkouts? Order value, product, pincode rules: yes. Customer tags and order counts need a logged-in customer. COD history for guests uses the phone number (Growth plan).

Which Shopify plans are supported? Any plan that supports apps with Shopify Functions from the App Store (not Shopify Starter).

Can buyers see why COD is missing? No. COD is simply not offered; other payment methods are untouched.
